The Bible Society of Uganda together with all Christian denominations in Ankole invite all Christians and lovers of the Bible to the Celebrations and thanksgiving of the 55 years Runyankole / Rukiga Bible for Ankole Sub-region on Friday 21st February 2020 at Booma Grounds Mbarara starting with a brass band around Mbarara town at 9:00am.
The Guest of Honor will be the President of Uganda, H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. Proceeds from the thanksgiving will go towards Translation of the 1st ever Runyankole/Rukiga Study Bible.
