From 5th to 7th September 2022, The Bible Society of Uganda carried out a New Testament Bible distribution to a number of audiences under our Rwenzori branch. In order to make the Word of God available in every Home, Hand, Heart, Hotel and Hospital.
We have diligently worked on our mission to reach several people from all walks of Life with a Bible from Someone to someone.

Some of the groups that benefitted from this outreach included Uganda Police, Schools, Hotels, Boda Boda riders, game rangers and hospitals.

As one of the recipients testified “I had never owned a Bible, as the only one that was available at home belonged to my mother. We are a family of six people and only my mother would carry it to Church and had a right to use it the way she pleased unlike us. Am very happy to have received this. Going forward, I will no longer go to church like I did before, my Bible will be my companion both at home and at Church.” Mugenyi Frank, S2 student Pere Achte SS Kabarole.

We thank God for the great partnerships that made this happen and above all God for enabling us to reach out to over 380 people, each with a Bible.
