The BSU Teso Branch held her 8th A.G.A physically and virtually on 26th March 2021 at Hyde Park Entertainment centre Soroti.
The devotion was led by Bp Kosea Odongo, under the theme of the year “Set To Build And To Plant got from Jeremiah 1:10”
People with visual disability were give opportunity to lead in singing and reading scripture during the A.G.A .they were also given a braille Bible and a talking Bible to enhance their studying of the scriptures and Love for God. All members who contributed towards the Branch Vehicle were thanked. The committee pledge to reach out to many places since the Branch had received a vehicle .The work of BSU was clearly seen and members appreciated the different activities taking place in the regions and were willing to support the activities of the Branch. A gift of He-goat was given to the Branch by a member to kick-start the fundraising for the Branch Land where the Bible House for Teso Branch will be built.
The General Secretary Mr. Simon Peter Mukhama gave highlight on the current status of the Bible House and called upon support from the people of Teso. Members joined hands to contribute to the development of the Bible House through Magic Cups
It was such a participatory event seeing members receive accountability of what transpired throughout the year 2020. We appreciate all members that attended the Assemblies and their continuous support to the Branch.
