This is a project under the HIV/AIDS Program that was introduced to help young people take Charge of their lives and showing them that on their own they can not make except through Jesus our Lord.
Youth: (Females and males) Program work embraces youth at various levels, both at secondary, school dropouts and particularly those at tertiary levels require guidance to come to terms with their self identity. There is great need for attitude change away from unhealthy sexual lifestyles like cross generational relations with older males or females who most times are married; or commercial sex for financial favours. These sexual patterns place the lives of the young generation at high risk for HIV infection.
Women: Gender imbalances through inequality and inequity will need to be addressed even more strongly because young females are four times more likely to be infected by HIV than males. The project will target women groups to work as peer educators among fellow women
